Wanda Jean Burdette, 73, of Jordan Creek passed away on Friday, Dec. 16, 2016 at her residence.

She was retired from Heartland of Charleston. Wanda enjoyed spending time with her family and singing gospel music. She is preceded in death by her son, Mark Edward Hamilton; parents, Avrel Frank Seabolt and Mary Louise Walters Seabolt; brothers, Ronald, Avrel Jr., Harold Seabolt; sister, Sharon Young.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald R. Burdette; children, Jack E. Hamilton, Jr., Connie (Danny) Barnhouse; sisters, Carol Sue El'Naggar, Marie Putillion; grandchildren, Chris and Chase Strickland.

Service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016 at the Myers Chapel of the Hafer Funeral Home at 100 Verna Drive, Elkview, with Pastor Clarence Deel officiating. Burial will be in Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
