James Edward Myers
James Edward Myers, 77, of Griffithsville, and formally of Sanderson, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 27, 2016.

James attended Woodville Church. He loved the Lord and his family. He was loved by many and we all loved James like a father.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Flossie Myers; sister, Delores Ashley, Pearl Jackson, Genevieve Harper; brothers, Birchie Myers and Clifford Myers, Brother in laws, Eugene Rutherford and Dale Ashley; and niece, Rebecca Johnson.

Surviving is sister Eileen Rutherford, brother David (Rebecca) Myers and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday November 2, 2016 at the Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview with Pastor Timothy Rutherford officiating. Burial will follow at the Orchard Hills Memory Gardens, Yawkey WV

Visitation will begin two hours prior to the service.
