Gerry Edward Canterbury 76, of Elkview passed away on January 2, 2015 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.
Gerry was retired from the Laborers Union Local 1353 where he worked for over 40 years.
Gerry's favorite hobbies were Deer and Coon Hunting, he also loved gardening and flowers.
Preceded in death by: wife, Elizabeth Marie (Blackwell)

He is proceeded by : Brother Mark Dwight Canterbury

Service will be held 2:00PM on Monday January 5, 2014 at Hafer Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lee Swor officiating. Burial will follow in the Strickland Cemetery on Wills Creek. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service.
