Condolence: I had the privilege of working with Vivian by phone for many years as I retired on April 1 of this year after 38 1/2 years of service with DHHR. She was always a joy to work with and was so willing to help you!! I could call her for a need I had that she dealt with, be having a bad day, but would feel better just having spoken with her. She just had a calming kind of personality. I considered her a friend. You felt her warmth just after a few times of speaking with her. She will be sadly missed at DHHR!!Please know that I thought the world of Vivian and was so saddened and shocked when I read of her passing. You, her family have been and are in my thoughts and prayers.
